Ethernet Board for Milk-V Duo and Luckfox Pico

The currently available boards, including the ones I was selling, were too expensive and butt-ugly.

I designed this to be nicer and neater, removing unnecessary cost and complexity.

The current (v0.1) design has a hidden Easter egg too.

These are hand soldered, so the solder may not be 100% perfect, but I test each one before shipping.

End 1: RJ45 Connector (no magnetics)

End 2: 5-pin 2.54mm Pitch Headers, Straight, Optionally not soldered.
