Shipping policy

All orders placed before 12pm Australian Western Time (+0800) on Working Days (Monday to Friday excluding Western Australian public holidays) should be shipped via Australia Post the following business day unless otherwise notified.

All shipping charges are exactly as incurred by Australia Post and we do not charge handling. Should you know of any cheaper shipping please let us know as we endeavour to bring costs down and pass the savings onto customers.

It may be important to note that new packaging is not always used to send your goods. We will ensure the box or bag is adequate, and tape-up any splits if there are, however, we do our best to recycle all delivery boxes and product packaging to both reduce unnecessary waste, and to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

If we will be unable to fulfil orders for a number of days, for example should we decide to go on a fishing trip, we will put a notice on our store page.

Coverage for lost shipments or damage in transit is subject to Australia Post policies as found on auspost.com.au. Whilst it may read a bit harshly, it is not a bad policy and we've never had issue with it. Most postage options via Australia Post include $100 of insurance for lost or damaged packages that have tracking (all options excluding 'standard').
