Refund policy

Change of mind is accepted within 90 days as long as the product is unused. This will be confirmed upon receipt of the returned product before the refund is issued. The cost of returning goods when due to a change of mind will be bore by the purchaser.

Soldering to any products may void warranties - it is best to order or request as pre-soldered.

If a product is damaged in transit, please let us know immediately by replying to your order confirmation email and we recommend taking pictures of the packaging prior to opening it. We will raise this with our logistics partner (Australia Post) for credit/replacement.

Should the product not arrive, we recommend reaching out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery timeframe. Our processes ensure that all packages are accounted for and correctly labelled, however, there may be instances where we are aware of local or state delays, or similar events that may affect shipping times. If you want to ensure the order reaches you in a known timeframe, we recommend "Standard + Tracking" or "Priority" shipping.

Any faulty products will gladly be replaced or refunded at no cost to yourself, but please be aware that software such as MCU/SBC firmware or operating system is not covered by warranty. For international customers, shipping will have to be arranged by you with your local carrier, but upon providing a copy of the return shipping invoice this cost will be reimbursed to you.

Warranty will be considered void on any products where the LDO (low-dropout regulator) or similar input voltage regulation has exploded or otherwise failed catastrophically. This occurs when it is overloaded with too high voltage, which is why we ensure all products have their input voltages listed, and have LDOs or similar protections in place. 

Because accidents do happen, and we are all hobbyists and tinkerers, a case by case basis we may consider a discounted replacement on damaged goods may be considered depending on the condition of the whole product.

All products are covered by the required Australian 1 (one) year warranty period from the date of purchase.
